Title: Default Healthy alternatives to coffee??

My doctor told me I had to cut back on my favorite creative fuel: coffee. Been having a hard time sleeping lately.

She tells me I can still drink tea for my caffeine fix but it doesn't have that kick that really wakes me up and helps me focus late in the afternoons (when I get really sleep)

My fellow warriors, what do you guys do/eat/drink to stay awake during those lazy afternoons? Ideally something healthy that keeps you awake when you need to work but still lets you sleep at night.
